We want you to be fully satisfied with your Morgan Wallen Official Store gear, which is why we offer returns on unworn and unwashed apparel within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition tour merchandise and music products are final sale unless a defect is present.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the merchandise is protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
